To prevent service interruption due to insufficient balance, you can enable a low balance alert. Once set, if your account balance drops below your designated threshold, the system will notify you via Email or Inbox to ensure continuous service.
The alert will be sent at most once per day (from 00:00 to 24:00 UTC+0), and notifications will stop once your balance rises above the set threshold.

How to Set Up

  1. Go to the Low Balance Alert page and click “Add Alerts”.
  2. In the pop-up dialog, enter your desired warning amount, enable the “Active” status, and click “Confirm”.
  • The warning amount must be between $1 and $1,000.
  • The interval between amounts with an active warning status must be at least $5.
